GoodHydrations was founded with a passion for health, wellness, and providing top-tier care to our community. With over 20 years of combined medical experience, we, Alex Granda and Sam Granda, bring a deep understanding of patient care and the power of IV hydration therapy.
Our journey began in Chicago, where we both started our medical careers in the United States Navy, training at the Naval Hospital Corps School. During our five years of service, we practiced medicine in various capacities, gaining invaluable experience in emergency care, patient treatment, and the importance of rapid, effective hydration. After the Navy, Sam pursued nursing, specializing in women’s health, while Alex continued down the EMS route, providing emergency medical care in fast-paced environments. Over the years, we have seen firsthand the incredible benefits of IV hydration therapy, whether it’s for recovery, wellness, or performance optimization.
